How to
- Cut the lumber
Cut all your boards according to the dimensions included in the Material list with the Circular Saw. - Screw the lumber
Choose your best looking 2×4 top board and leg boards. Set them best looking side down on the table. We’ll be working from the front backwards.
Lay out 1 long 2×4 and 2 short 2x4s. Position 2 long 1x4s on top, screw down, to both the top and leg 2x4s. And position 3 short 1x4s on top and leg, screw down.
Add a layer of 2x4s on top of the 1x4s. Next, repeat with a layer of 1x4s, nailing or screwing into both the top and leg 2x4s. Continue until you run out of boards. - Sand all lumber
Sand the surface in the direction of the wood grain with 120 grit sandpaper. After that, wipe the surface clean with damp cloth.
